GRAND FORKS, N.D. – A former hospital CEO faces a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure accused of pleasuring himself at a Grand Forks mall.
Court documents say former Langdon Prairie Health CEO Jeffrey Stanley was caught on video in a common area of at Grand Cities Mall in Grand Forks last month. The 56-year-old was only cited by police, but hours later three people went to the police station wanting to pursue charges.
