TIOGA, N.D. – A man from Watford City is dead after a piece of equipment hit his head at a Hess Oil Company pipeline close to Tioga.
The accident took place near the intersection of 101st Avenue and 68th Street.
The person was rushed to Tioga Medical Center but died at the hospital.
The man was said to be performing routine work at the site when the equipment fell.
An investigation will be conducted by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration.
