The Fargo Memorial Honor Guard, National Anthem and raising of the Flag begins at 11am. Followed by a lunch from 11am-1pm with Detroit Deli, Top Dog Hot Dogs, Penny’s Eatery, and Ice Cream treats from Breadsmith!
