(Fargo, ND) -- Active COVID cases have dropped below one-thousand for the first time since last fall.
The North Dakota Department of Health said Sunday, there were around 980-active cases.The last time it was that low was in the middle of August. Active cases peaked at more than ten-thousand in November.
As for Monday, the state reported an additional 45 cases of Coronavirus, along with three new deaths.
Cass County saw 12 of those cases.
Those deaths included a man in his 60s from Cass County, a woman in her 90s from Ransom County and another man in his 70s in Stutsman County.
Some good news, now over 66,408 North Dakotans have gotten the COVID-19 Vaccine.
