(Bismarck, ND) -- Governor Doug Burgum wants an assessment of the impact of executive orders by the Biden administration on North Dakota. Burgum signed an executive order yesterday directing state Cabinet agencies to determine the impacts on North Dakota's energy industry. The governor wants the agencies to come up with ways to challenge federal overreach when needed. He says Biden's executive orders are threatening American energy security and tens of thousands of jobs in North Dakota.
