(Moorhead, MN) -- Westbound I-94 had to be closed off for a time this morning near the Moorhead Airport after slippery conditions cause a big-rig tractor trailer to jacknife and block the road. No one was hurt, but traffic was backed up for a about a mile and a half approaching exit 6. All traffic was diverted off at exit 15 (Downer) Roads are said to be slick in the area
