Fargo Public Library Launches Books by Mail Service

(Fargo, ND) -- It's being called another way to keep those who otherwise can't make it out entertained and joyful.

The Fargo Public Library has added a Books by Mail service to its Outreach Services offerings to assist community members who are homebound and unable to visit the library due to illness, disability or visual impairment.

Library patrons who qualify for the new program may order materials, which are delivered in a reusable pre-paid mail pouch that can also be used to return the items. There is no charge for Books by Mail. Fargo residents can qualify to borrow large print books, audiobooks and CDs through the mail.

For more information about the Books by Mail service, call the Outreach Department at (701) 298-6954.
