(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that another registered sex offender is in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
Officers say 23-year-old Kilo Trayvon Bowen-Davis registered as homeless in Fargo, and was assessed as a high risk offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment committee.
Bowen-Davis was convicted on May 9th, 2018 in Burleigh County District Court of Sexual Imposition. His victim was a 17 year-old female acquaintance who he forced to perform oral sex on him and have sexual intercourse with him.
He is a lifetime registrant.
