(St. Paul, MN) -- It could be a sign that vaccination efforts are starting to pay off in Minnesota.
The state department of health, for the first time in quite some time, announcing no new deaths from COVID-19 on Monday.
The state still did report 1,152 new positive cases over the past 24 hours however, including 23 in Clay County.
Over 1,430,349 Minnesotans have received at least one dose of a Coronavirus vaccine, while over 850,829 residents have completed the vaccination process.
