Fargo Cass Public Health Announces New Location of COVID-19 Vaccine Operation

(Fargo, ND) -- Beginning the week of April 26th, Fargo Cass Public Health will administer COVID-19 vaccine from its main location of 1240 25th street South in Fargo.

Walk-ins will continue to be welcome during scheduled vaccine clinic hours, but appointments remain preferred in order to streamline the registration process.

“We have appreciated the generosity and partnership of Sanford Health, in inviting us to locate our vaccine operation out of the shared COVID-19 Vaccination Center. That space has provided a convenient and familiar location for the community to access vaccine," said  FCPH Director of Nursing Suzanne Schaefer. "From a scheduling and planning perspective, the timing is right for us to transition our vaccine operation to our main building. This will allow us to begin the process of integrating COVID-19 vaccine administration into the other services we provide to the community.”

Beginning Tuesday, April 27th, COVID-19 vaccine clinics at FCPH will take place from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 pm each Tuesday and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each Thursday.

Individuals planning to receive COVID-19 vaccine through FCPH should watch for important instructions and signage upon arrival at the vaccine clinic. All aspects of the FCPH vaccine operation will take place in the front corridor, located on the south-facing side of the building. The west door, located near the large mural on the building, is the designated entrance for the vaccine clinic; once inside the building, greeters will provide further direction.

Important health and safety information for FCPH COVID-19 vaccine clinics include:

  • Individuals who have an appointment should arrive as close to their scheduled time as possible to help ensure physical distancing requirements.
