(Fargo, ND) -- A man is in custody and charged with murder after a Saturday night shooting in North Fargo.
Fargo Police Officers responded at 11 p.m to a report of shots fired at 1201 N University Drive. Upon their arrival, they located an adult male with what appeared to be a gunshot wound and the shooter near by.
The victim was pronounced dead early Sunday morning, and had been clinging to life for hours before not pulling through.
The suspect, 40-year-old Raymond Christopher Gunn of Fargo, was arrested for murder and detained without incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
