Structure repair continues on I-94 Raymond Interchange

(Fargo, ND) -- Starting Wednesday, North Dakota Department of Transportation contractors will be paving the bridge deck at the I-94 Raymond Interchange. Paving will take place between 5 a.m. and 7 a.m. Paving during this time should minimize the impacts to local traffic.

Crews will be present along I-94 Raymond Interchange bridge. Contractors will need to close the overhead structure to place a pumping truck during the paving process to provide concrete to the deck. Beginning Wednesday, motorists can expect the following traffic impacts along Raymond Interchange:

  • The overhead structure will be closed 5 a.m. to 7 a.m. to northbound and southbound traffic.
  • Flaggers will be present directing traffic to the Kindred interchange for southbound motorists going east and to the Sheyenne St. Interchange for northbound motorists going west.
  • Speeds will be reduced where crews are present.

NDDOT is urging motorists to always be attentive, drive with caution and expect delays during active construction. Motorists should find alternative routes during peak travel times.
