New Dates Set for Fargo Nightclub to Get Liquor License Renewed

(Fargo, ND) -- Another pair of dates have been reset to determine the fate of the Africa Nightclub.

The Fargo Liquor Control Board will hold a special session Wednesday at 2pm in the City Commission Chambers to consider the reapplication of the club's liquor license.

Then, Fargo City Commissioners will then hold a special session September 20th at 4pm to consider the Liquor Board's recommendation.

The club had previously scheduled sessions with both, but had to cancel for legal purposes. This on the heels of several questionable calls to service and even a death at the club over the first half of 2021 that led to their license being temporarily suspended.
