UPDATE: (9:19 p.m. Saturday) Underwood was just taken into custody without incident. He was located in the 1800 block of 14 1/2 St S.

(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department are asking for your help in finding a man who escaped their custody Saturday afternoon.
Authorities say 20-year-old Christian Desean Underwood escaped while being transported to jail for violation of a protection order this afternoon. Officers have been and are continuing to search for him. Underwood may still have a handcuff on one wrist. At this time, he is not believed to be a danger to the public.
Underwood is wearing a black shirt, is a black male, approximately 5’9”, 140 lbs and has shoulder length dread locks.
