(Fargo, ND) -- It appears that no charges will be coming for an employee of the Old Broadway Bar after social media footage was released from July of him striking a patron in the head multiple times with his elbow.
Charges are not being filed because the person hit has declined to come forward to give a statement to law enforcement. The video showed the victim being pinned to the ground by multiple other people while the employee of the OB hit him repeatedly.
The Cass County Prosecutor's Office says if more information does become available, they will reconsider charges.
