(Fargo, ND) -- A Fargo man is free after being cleared of attempted murder charges.
A jury found 29-year-old Jerome Koon not guilty Tuesday on charges of attempted murder and theft. He was found guilty of reckless endangerment, tampering with physical evidence, unlawful possession of a firearm, and terrorizing.
The charges stem from a shooting in January at The Arbor's Apartments in the 700 block of 23rd Street South.
