(Polk County, MN) -- A man is dead following a car accident in Polk County.
Police say 62-year-old Joseph Lang was driving north on County Road East when he veered off the road, entered a ditch and struck a tree. Lang was taken to a hospital in St. Paul where he later died.
The Polk County Sheriff's Office says they are working to determine what led to the accident.
