(Fargo, ND) -- A Fargo church has had another statue vandalized.

The Catholic Diocese of Fargo confirming to WDAY Radio that the statue of St. Anthony outside the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church had its head knocked off sometime between Saturday and early this Monday morning.

A previous incident occurred earlier this year in April. Authorities say 28-year-old Blair Whitten spray painted the face of a marble statue located at St. Mary's Cathedral off Broadway. You can find stories with more information on that incident here.

St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, which is located at the corner of 10th St. S. and 8th Ave. S., is asking for residents in the area to check their security footage, and Fargo Police are  continuing their own investigation.
