(Grand Forks, ND) -- The Grand Forks Foundation for Education is awarding 17 mini-grants to teachers for individual projects that will impact student learning.
The Foundation is handing out over 14-thousand dollars for projects at all grade levels. The Foundation has been awarding the mini-grants since 1992.
The highest cost grant at just under eleven-hundred dollars will support Ann Herbeck's effort to purchase a Strawbees construction set to go with her Micro Bits to improve their science education related to exploring engineering processes.
