(West Fargo, ND) -- A top West Fargo official is under arrest, accused of domestic violence.
Assistant City Administrator Tim Solberg was arrested Saturday night on aggravated domestic violence charges and preventing arrest. He has yet to be formally charged.
Police were called to the Solbergs' home just before midnight Saturday night in the six-thousand block of Osgood Parkway, where officers say a victim had been assaulted. Solberg has been placed on unpaid administrative leave following an internal investigation.
