(Fargo, ND) -- It looks like a local business will have to wait even longer to find out more about the fate of it's liquor license.

Southtown Pourhouse will not have it's special Fargo City Commission as scheduled on Thursday, February 10th to discuss its food-to-alcohol ratio inside the restaurant. The 45th street south hotspot has instead now been given a date of February 24th at 12 p.m. in the Fargo City Commission Chambers for the special meeting.

The issue, according to checks of the ordinance violations, dates back as far as 2019 and includes the relationship with Southtown Pourhouse and Duane's Pizza. The main issue being that the two may not officially be partners, therefor the pizza being served at the Sports Bar may not count toward the required 50/50 food to alcohol ratio needed for its liquor license.

It is unclear what, if any, action would be taken by the City Commission when they meet on the matter.
