Name of dead man found on Fargo roof released

(Fargo, ND) -- The name of the man found on the rooftop of a John Deer building has been released by the Fargo Police Department (FPD). 

FPD says 24-year-old Harrison Toyne was found on the roof of theJohn Deer Electronic Solutions building at 1441 44th St. N in Fargo. Authorities say the death appears to be a "non-suspicious workplace-related incident which occurred while maintenance work was being performed on the building."

OSHA will investigate the incident, and will seek assistance from the Fargo Police department if needed.
