North Dakota State Hospital addressing recruitment and retention

(Jamestown, ND) -- The North Dakota State Hospital is working to address recruitment and retention issues.

The hospital's Human Resources officer says recruitment continues to be a challenge with the state's low unemployment rates. The annual turnover rate is over 21-percent, just over two percent more than the national rate.

There are currently just over 90 vacant positions at the hospital.
