(Fargo, ND) -- A performance at the Red River Valley Fair is now canceled.
Vince Neil was set to perform July 16th with special guests Great White and Vixen. Fair officials say the cancelation was "due to circumstance beyond anyone's control."
The fair says ticket holders will get an email explaining the refund process.
