(Moorhead, MN) -- A U.S. House candidate from Moorhead is suspending his campaign to help defend Ukraine.
Democrat Mark Linquist says he couldn't sit back and "tweet about it." The military veteran spent six years serving in the U.S. Air Force.
Linquist is headed to Warsaw to help with humanitarian efforts at Ukraine's border. He also says he will help extract people in danger and help those fighting to defend the country.
