(Fargo, ND) -- A man accused of committing arson at the Richland County Law Enforcement Center has been ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.

Adam Prochnow must have the evaluation before a trial can happen. He is accused of setting off a device at the facility on March 2nd.

Court documents requesting the evaluation say Prochnow "has a history of mental health concerns" and told an ATF agent he was hearing "voices tell him to do bad things."

He is facing federal charges.
