(Fargo, ND) -- After months of speculation and pondering a decision, one of the most notable names in the City of Fargo has made his decision known.
Current Fargo City Commissioner and Deputy Mayor Dave Piepkorn has filed to run for re-election in June of 2022 for his seat.
Piepkorn had previously stated he would make his announcement on next steps politically Friday, but filed paperwork officially Wednesday to join a crowded field of now 11 candidates to try and take the two open City Commission seats in the June 14th election.
