Fargo man sentenced after Downtown hotel shooting

(Fargo, ND) -- A Fargo man is facing three years in prison for charges related to a downtown hotel shooting.

Henry Aiken was acquitted of attempted murder and aggravated assault six months ago after representing himself in connection with the November 2019 shooting at the Radisson Blu on Fifth Street North. He was convicted of terrorizing, reckless endangerment, and unlawful possession of a firearm.

The 56-year-old has been jailed since the time of the shooting and will receive credit for time served and accumulated good time.
