(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Austin Lee Fields, is currently registered at 2643 Arrowhead Rd S #201 in Fargo.
The 28-year-old was convicted on October 10th, 2013 of Gross Sexual Imposition in Barnes County District Court. The victim was a 16 year old girl. Fields was also convicted on October 7th, 2009 of Criminal Sexual Conduct/3rd degree in Clay County Juvenile Court. The victim in that case was 13-year-old girl.
Fields was assessed as a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. He is a lifetime registrant.
