(Moorhead, MN) -- Governor Tim Walz is visiting Moorhead to discuss public safety issues with city leaders.
Walz is set to meet with Mayor Shelly Carlson, Police Chief Shannon Monroe, and others Tuesday. He will be holding a roundtable discussion focus on the effect his 300-million dollar public safety plan would have on the city.
Walz is also promoting his plan to deliver two-billion dollars in direct relief to Minnesota families through 'Walz Checks'.
