Westbound Main Avenue in West Fargo to be reduced to one lane through June 5th

(West Fargo, ND) -- Beginning Wednesday, contractor crews will conduct rehabilitation work on manholes in the north shoulder of Main Avenue West between 9th Street Northwest and 12th Street Northwest

This work is part of the rehabilitation of the north side regional sanitary sewer collector system, which is a capital improvement project.

"The majority of wastewater throughout the City flows through this system so maintaining its integrity is extremely important," said City Communication Specialist Rachel Richter Lordemann in a statement released to WDAY Radio. "This project is one of the highest priority among active projects in the capital improvement plan."

The road will reduce to one westbound lane through Sunday, June 5th while the work is completed.
