West Fargo-based Bobcat Company opening new assembly facility in Twin Cities

(Fargo, ND) -- West Fargo-based Bobcat Company is planning to open a new assembly plant in Rogers, Minnesota.

"This new facility here in Rogers, Minnesota is an exciting new adventure for Bobcat. It's going to be our third facility that we are opening up here in Minnesota," said Mark Gargus, the operations manager for the new 225,000 square foot facility. 

Gargus said the site bring with it more than one hundred full time jobs. The site will offer capabilities including assembly space and shipping and receiving docks. Bobcat officials also said one reason for selecting the site is it's proximity to interstate 94 and Highway 101. The plant is expected to be operational by the end of 2022. Employees will assemble components for skid steer loaders and compact track loaders.
