(Grand Forks, ND) -- A Grand Forks man is accused of cutting his roommate's neck.
Joshua Franklin has recently been charged with intentional attempted murder and aggravated assault on an adult victim with a dangerous weapon. Police received a 911 call the morning of March 26th to the 17-hundred block of Cottonwood Street where they found a man with an injury to his neck caused by a knife.
He was taken to the hospital and survived his injuries.
