(Detroit Lakes, MN) -- Several law enforcement agencies descended on Big Detroit Lake Wednesday evening for reports of a person who went overboard while on a pontoon boat.

The Becker County Sheriff's Office says crews originally responded to the scene around 6:30 p.m, and had been joined by the Detroit Lakes Fire and Police Departments, Minnesota Highway Patrol and a dive team.

A 20-year-old man was found in the lake a short time after crews arrived. The identity of the person found has not yet been released.
