(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo School Board is set to hold a special session at 7:30 a.m. Thursday to finalize the recent decision to fire now former South High teacher Kevin Kennedy.

The board is required to hold the meeting via North Dakota century code to review and approve the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order for Judgement in the Matter of Kennedy, which is the final step in the discharge for cause process.

Kennedy had been accused of making unwanted physical contact with students and making inappropriate comments earlier this year.
