(Moorhead, MN) -- Clay County Officials are sharing information related to the fatal I-94 crash that occurred on Friday.
Officials say the crash happened around 2:03 p.m at Milepost 2 in Moorhead. The crash involved three separate vehicles, two semi-trucks and an SUV, with five persons affected. Officials say the vehicles were traveling westbound on I-94, when the first semi-truck stopped in a construction zone. The SUV stopped behind the stopped semi, when a second semi hit the stopped vehicles.
Clay County Officials say the incident is fatal, but have not released any information related to the deceased. The investigation is still ongoing at this time.
