(Fargo, ND) -- The City of Fargo is seeking public input regarding two city ordinances regarding quality of life for downtown businesses, residents, and visitors.

The city is seeking perspectives on sidewalk entertainment permits, loud sounds, and right-of-way permits. You can learn more about the proposed ordinance changes in detail by clicking here

18-0310: Suspend the need for sidewalk entertainment permits.

11-0209: Limit the use of amplifying sound and the issuance of permits on the rights-of-way.
