(Grand Forks, ND) -- Six people, including four children, were taken to Altru hospital in Grand Forks after a rollover crash late Wednesday afternoon.

The Grand Forks Police Department tells WDAY Radio that a car driven by Alba Garcia was headed westbound on Gateway Drive around 4 p.m. when Garcia failed to yield turning onto North 51st street, and was hit by Grand Forks native Sydney Maier.

Garcia's car then rolled, also striking another car that was stopped nearby. Nobody in the third car, or Maier's car, were hurt.

The children in Garcia's car, all between the ages of five to 14, were not wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash, and were taken to the hospital as a precaution. The extent of injuries suffered by Garcia and the other passenger were not released.

The crash remains under investigation.
