(Fargo, ND) -- Fargo City Commissioners are set to hold a private executive session Wednesday ahead of their public meeting on the 2nd avenue north pedestrian bridge project.

The session being held in response to threatened litigation against the city by the Romantix Adult Bookstore. This comes in the wake of the store's ability to move from their current location to 74 Broadway North.

The issue appears to be city ordinances that require adult entertainment centers in limited industrial or general commercial or industrial districts if they comply with use restrictions.

The city is utilizing century code to consult with the proper legal channels as possible litigation looms on the prospective move.
