(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department has arrested a man caught with a stolen vehicle near West Acres Mall early Sunday evening.
Officers ran plates on the car, then pulled over 25-year-old William Seward near the mall around 5:30 p.m. Sunday.
He was taken into custody on the stolen vehicle charges, and also faces possession of drug paraphernalia.
