Alerus Center concertgoer on lines for beer and bathrooms: "it was just bananas to me"

(Fargo, ND) -- A Fargo resident who recently attended the Chris Stapleton concert at The Alerus Center in Grand Forks has several complaints about her experience during the show, including what she describes as long lines for buying beer and using the bathrooms.

"The line itself was snaked so far around, of people trying to buy beer, that it was like you were going to miss the entire show if you stood in this line," said Katy Moore, who attended the concert October 6th.

Moore also says she had a hard time reaching the bathrooms.

"To have to wait in line for the bathroom forever, it was just bananas to me. They had one outdoor area where there was porta potties that you could use to kind of eliminate the line inside. It was like, there was like 500 hundred people in this like 300 square foot space," said Moore.

Alerus General Manger Anna Rosburg says internal guest service surveys from the Chris Stapleton concert show a "vast majority of their guests "had a great experience".

"It would have been nice for us to have the opportunity to correct that with her night of, or hear about her experience, rather than hearing about it this way," said Rosburg. "My team and I want every guest at The Alerus Center, whether it be a concert, a football game, a wedding, to have an amazing experience," she added.
