(Horace, ND) -- One person is in custody, another injured after a chase and crash in Cass County early Wednesday morning.
The Cass County Sheriff's Office tells us they tried to pull over a car driven by 20-year-old Logan Glaser after he sped past deputies on County Road 14 east of Horace just after 3 a.m.
After leading authorities on a chase and eventually getting away near I-29, Glaser was found several moments later overturned in a ditch across University Drive near 100th Avenue South.
Glaser is facing fleeing and Aggravated Reckless Endangerment charges. Reports note that the passenger, who was a minor, and Glaser both suffered minor injuries. The juvenile was taken to an area hospital to be evaluated.
Sheriff Jesse Jahner has informed WDAY Radio that Glaser and his juvenile passenger may also be linked to a construction site burglary in the area too, and that additional charges may be pending. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
