(Fargo, ND) -- Some North Dakotans are facing air travel delays.
Blowing snow in much of North Dakota is causing blizzard conditions, severely reducing visibility.
Delays expected for Thursday and Friday come on the two busiest travel days of the December holiday season. The effects of winter storms are being felt across the country.
