Former JL Beers in Moorhead up for sale

(Moorhead, MN) -- A former local favorite has not only recently closed its doors, but now the building itself is up for sale.

The former Moorhead JL Beers location has been listed by Goldmark Commercial Real Estate Inc, and is listed for sale for $1.3 million.

You may remember we reported back in November that the establishment closed its doors due to an ongoing labor issues.

The listing posted to Goldmark's Facebook page says "Beautiful all-brick restaurant and bar for sale in a turn-key fashion! A new owner could be running in 24 hours! Excellent visibility and signage along Hwy 10, like-new interior and kitchen condition, full basement, new stamped concrete patio, fire pit, landscaping and more."
