(Monticello, MN) -- A Moorhead teen is in custody after a shooting in Monticello.
The shooting happened Monday night at the Montisippi Park compost site on River Street.
Police say 44-year-old Jade Nickels was found on the road with multiple gunshot wounds and was taken to the hospital in serious but stable condition. Witnesses identified 18-year-old Dillon Tilbury as the shooter.
Tilbury is being held on suspicion of first-degree assault with a firearm.
