(Moorhead, MN) -- After a break from blizzard like conditions, it appears the FM Metro is once again under the spell of high winds and falling snow.

As a result of winds whipping around the falling snow in Clay County, a no travel advisory has been issued. Sheriff Mark Empting tells WDAY Radio a timeline for the advisory is unless at this point.

Also, Moorhead Area Public Moorhead public and non-public schools and buses will start 2 hours late on Wednesday due to the weather. There will be no morning Early Intervention Services, Jump Start or Community Education classes. Before-school activities are also canceled.

These the first of many delays and closures expected as another dose of cold, wind and snow move across the area.
