(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a High-Risk sex offender is changing their address.
Authorities say 56-year-old Jerry Verl Holmes Sr moved to the upstairs unit of 1122 4th Ave N in Fargo. Holmes Sr, is described as 6'0", 190lbs, with blue eyes and brown hair. Holmes Sr. was convicted in 2010 in Williams County District Court on one count of Corruption of a Minor with a 17-year-old female victim and is a lifetime registrant.
