(Fargo, ND) -- One expert says the picture is good when it comes to the market for office space here in the FM metro.
"We generally overall have a pretty healthy office market right now. So we're running at vacancies across the city, this is metro-wide right now, about 7 percent. It's a healthy number. Nationally, it's between 13 to 14 percent," said Goldmark Commercial Real Estate President and Managing Broker Andy Westby.
Westby says the local office market is just one topic that will be in focus during the upcoming "Commercial Connect" event. It happens this coming Wednesday morning at 7:30 at Delta by Marriott in Fargo. Westby says the event will feature data-driven discussions about future trends in the local market.
