(Moorhead, MN) -- A local utility is looking to gather feedback through April 30th, 2023.
Moorhead Public Service is asking members of the community to share insights and opinions to help identify areas to improve. The survey should take a few minutes to complete, and all customers are asked to share their input.
“The survey results will help MPS better understand perceptions of the utility, including satisfaction with customer service, communication methods, renewable energy, and use and interest in programs and services,” said Travis Schmidt, General Manager of Moorhead Public Service, “The outcome of this research will enable us to more clearly understand, and ultimately set, customer expectations while creating a strategic roadmap to increase customer satisfaction.”
