(Fargo, ND) — Two women were arrested early Saturday morning in West Fargo, after the vehicle they were riding in crashed into a ditch.
Cass County Sheriff Jesse Jahner says a West Fargo Police officer first attempted to pull the women over in the 1800 block of Sheyenne Street, after noticing the vehicle was traveling without headlights on.
A sheriff’s deputy later joined the pursuit, after the vehicle was spotted on westbound Main Avenue traveling at a “high rate of speed”.
The driver eventually drove into a ditch while heading northbound on 38th Street Southwest, near County Road 10.
The driver arrested is identified as 27-year-old Moorhead resident Manni Angel Schulz.
She is now facing several charges including Fleeing a Peace Officer and Reckless Endangerment.
The passenger who was arrested is identified as 44-year-old Fargo resident Rebecca Joy Schulz.
She is facing charges of Preventing Arrest and Failure to Appear.
